The 15 Point Packages gives you fifteen session points, one point per level used. Points are active for one year from purchase date; unused points expire at the end of that period.
Points are generally linked to the purchaser’s account and considered non-transferable. If you need to cover family members, ask our front desk about purchasing additional packages or guest pass options.
No, unused points do not roll over. All points expire one year after purchase. We recommend scheduling sessions ahead and checking your point balance to avoid losing sessions.
To redeem, present your account information at check-in or use our online booking linked to your package. Each session uses one point per selected level, deducted at time of service.
